A number of organizations have detailed their measures to ensure the safety of the world’s economic leaders during the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week. General Prawit Wongsuwan, the Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, has issued an order for all relevant authorities to take all necessary countermeasures against cybercrime and terrorism.
At a security meeting at the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week (AELW) in Bangkok, Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan presided.
The discussion during the conference focused on keeping an eye on any potential changes to AELW, and various different organizations have practiced their security procedures.
The event’s organizers collaborate with the Ministry of Public Health, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the Expressway Authority of Thailand, the national cybersecurity unit, and the Counter Terrorist Operations Center to ensure the event’s attendees’ health and safety, as well as their ease of access to the venue.
