Rescue teams continued efforts late into the night on March 30 at the site of the collapsed Office of the Auditor General building, but no new updates on missing persons were reported. The Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team worked for over two hours, using heavy-duty equipment, including large metal cutters and shovels, to clear debris from the top of the wreckage. After completing their search in that section, they descended to the ground using an elevator basket.
As of late Sunday night, the official death toll stood at 11—eight men and three women. Nine people were reported injured, while 76 remained unaccounted for.
